How To Run LinkedIn Ads
Hello everyone, my name is Lucas Dantas and today I will show you a cheaper way to generate leads using LinkedIn Ads. LinkedIn Ads is widely known a great place to do B2B marketing and due to the quality of the audience, the platform has one of the highest costs per click and per lead of the internet.
Today I will show you a different way to run ads so you reduce your cost and still achieve satisfactory results. Are you ready? Let’s go!
Open your LinkedIn Ads Manager and open your ad account.

Then click on Create and choose Campaign Group. I use campaign groups to group (surprisingly) my campaigns about the same subject. Here you can choose to do organize things the way you want, so if you don’t use campaign groups for anything particular, you can skip to the creation of the campaign.

Enter your campaign name and choose the option: Set a start and end date with a budget.

You will be directed to the campaign group page after you’re finished.

Creating A Campaign
Click on Create and then choose Campaign.

Enter a name for your campaign in the left side and then click on Next.

Now click on Website Visits under Consideration.

Choose your target location.

You can narrow down your audience by filtering them by job function, skills or company industries. It’s possible to use one or more filters at the same time to refine your targeting.

Then choose your ad format. In this example, I will be using a single image ad. I usually use video or single image ad, but feel free to use whatever has worked for you in the past.

In Placements, leave the option LinkedIn Audience Network checked.

Set up a budget, and enter your campaign start and end dates.

Make sure you have your conversion tracking in place and click on Next.

Creating The Ad
Now let’s create the ads so click on Create new ad.

Enter all of your ad properties and click on Create.

I will leave you a pro tip here now. I 100% recommend creating more than one version of an ad changing the description, creative, headline and introductory text. Exhaust your options and compare them against each other. This will be the game changer for your next campaigns.

Review your campaign settings and click on Launch Campaign.

Congratulations! Your campaign has been published. Now make sure to check the progress of your campaign at least twice a week to make sure your results are satisfactory.
